CNC Department

We have 7 CNC machines which help us machining the precise mold faster. The maximum size of mold can be up to 1000x800mm. and with years of experienced programmer can ensure the high quality and efficiency.

EDM Department

we have more than 10 EDM machines which not only may process the ordinary machining within tolerance of 0.02mm but also the mirror polishing as to for special work piece which requires high precision reach 0.003mm.

EDW Department

We have more than 10sets of EDM machines. the precision can reach 0.01mm.

Abrasion Department

We have 4 imported precise grinding machines which are controlled by professional technicians. The processing precision can reach 0.002mm

Polishing Department

We have advanced ultra-sound we have advanced ultra-sound polishing equipment and more than 20 professional
